Terms and Conditions

 1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Funky P Holisitics("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Tarot Readings
2.1. Nature of Services: Tarot readings, Reiki session and Spiritual Connections are for entertainment and guidance purposes only. They do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Tarot readings, Reiki sessions and Spiritual sessions should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or treatment.

2.2. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our tarot reading, spiritual connection or reiki session services. If you are under 18, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2.3. Confidentiality: We respect your privacy, and all information shared during your tarot reading session will be kept confidential. We will not disclose any details of your session without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

2.4. Recording: You are not allowed to record or reproduce the tarot reading session, reiki session or spiritual connection session without the tarot reader's consent.

3. Booking and Payment
3.1. Booking: You can schedule a tarot reading session, reiki session or spiritual connection through via email or messaging on Facebook, Instagram or TIktok.

3.2. Payment: Payment for our services is due at the time of booking, and the fees are clearly stated on our website. We accept payment through the methods specified on our website.

3.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a forfeiture of the payment . 

3.4 Special Events: In the event of cancellation or rescheduling for an event booking, the following terms shall apply:
i. Cancellation or rescheduling made at least 7 days prior to the Event will incur no charges.
ii. Cancellation or rescheduling made within 5 days prior to the Event will result in the Client paying 50% of the agreed upon fee.
iii. Cancellation or rescheduling made less than 5 days prior to the Event will result in the Client paying 100% of the agreed-upon fee.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

4. Refund Policy
4.1. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed tarot reading sessions, reiki session and spiritual connections. Refunds are only provided if we are unable to fulfill your booking and you will be notified by email if this occurs.

4.2. No Show: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

                                                                                   

5. Code of Conduct
5.1. Respect: You agree to treat us with respect and courtesy during all interactions. Any disrespectful or abusive behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to terminate the session without a refund.

6. Disclaimer
6.1. Accuracy: While we strive to provide meaningful and insightful tarot readings, Tarot readings, Spiritual connections and Reiki sessions are based on intuition and symbolism, and their accuracy is not guaranteed. Tarot readings, Reiki Session and Spiritual connections are subjective and open to interpretation.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Exclusion of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your tarot reading session, Reiki session or spiritual connection session. Tarot, Reiki and Spiritual sessions are for entertainment purposes only, and you are solely responsible for your choices and actions.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
8.1. Amendments: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will be posted on our website.  It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

9. Governing Law
9.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
